Starting Salary $65,486 plus superannuation (paid pro rata based on hours worked)

The role

In this role, as part of our Customer Services team, you‘ll use your customer focused approach and experience to ensure you actively identify the needs and expectations of our customers to provide them the best possible outcome. You’ll process and respond to enquiries in a timely and pleasant manner, which includes dealing at times with customers that may be experiencing hardship.

You’ll enjoy problem solving and working with our team to get stuff done, be able to juggle multiple priorities and take a positive approach with customer engagement, through both inbound and outbound contact.
